GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Gift certificates are a wonderful way to share your favorite services with a loved one, a client or your staff. Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. They may be used for services or products in the spa or boutique. Gift certificates applied towards service appointments that are cancelled 24 hours or less will be considered redeemed for 50% of the value. Appointments not kept shall be considered fully redeemed.

FACILITY POLICIES

We require a major credit card to reserve all spa services.  Because spa services are reserved for you, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.  Cancellations received the day of the service will be billed for 50% of the value of services reserved.

Take a few minutes to relax.  We encourage you to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your service to unwind.  Starting your appointment on time will allow you to experience the full benefit of a complete, unhurried service.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for damage or loss to personal items including clothing and accessories.

There are no cash refunds in the boutique.  Unused merchandise may be refunded for credit only with tags attached and receipt.
